The Goomeri Bakery
If your out in the South Burnett region, a stop at the Goomeri Bakery is a absolute must. Nestled in the heart of Goomeri lays this pie oasis 🥧🥧. When you first walk through the door you feel like you’ve been time warped to Paris. The hole shop is a pastry haven. But the best items are in the hot box awaiting to be purchased. My pie of choice was chunky steak and pepper pie.
1. Value for Money – At $7.50 this bugger wasn’t cheap but it was slightly bigger than a normal pie and so it should for the price. You’d better second mortgage the house if your taking the family to this place 6/10
2. Meat Ratio – This pie was chocker block full of meat and so it should be for the price. 8.5/10
3. Meat Flavor – This pie was full of flavor and spices. Probably the best part of this pie 9/10
4. Pastry – The top of the pie was outstanding but fell away after that. The bottom fell apart quiet easy making it messy and sloppy to eat. 6.5/10
5. Temperature – This was spot on. Ready to eat straight away without burning the shit out of the top if your mouth. 8.5/10

Overall this pie was very tasty and hit the spot. The Bakery itself is stunning and full of other goodies that will fill your stomach for hours. For a little country town this Bakery is a must stop and highly recommended if your traveling through or near the area
